• 21RIX1-503-AR Amanda Donatelli (During the extensive Fugitive Recovery

operation for target Timothy Ring on behalf of the Cranston PD, a target

location was identified, and operations subsequently conducted there, Ms.

Donatelli was found to be actively wanted by Cumberland PD for shoplifting.

• 21RIX1-504-AR Timothy Ring (CPD A&A for Felony Conspiracy/Shoplifting

and numerous other Providence Superior Court Bench Warrants.)

• 21RIX1-561-AR Nicole Primiano (CPD A&A for Felony Fraud/Embezzlement.

• 21RIX1-575-AR Alan McDaniel (CPD A&A for Felony Domestic Assault,

Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Failure to Relinquish Telephone.)

• 21RIX1-675-AR Alton Williams (Johnston PD A&A Felony Assault with a

dangerous weapon, Several Superior Court Bench warrants.)

• 21RIX1-677-AR Demond Davis (CPD A&A for Felony Assault on a Person

over 60 with injury.)

Out of State Collateral / Long term Fugitive Investigations:

• 21RIX1-346-OF Kenneth Tyler, a fugitive case tracking investigation was

initiated following the issue of an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant by the RISP

for Felony Forgery and Counterfeiting, as well as Multiple Superior Court

Bench Warrants on Cranston Police Based charges for Violation of a no-

contact order (multiple offenses) violation of a suspended sentence resisting

arrest, Possession of Schedule I-V, Domestic Assault (3 ) Offense.

Surveillance was conducted at known associate locations, and an

investigation resulted in his likely location in Winter Park, Florida, with his

family. Extradition was petitioned and granted, followed by a collateral

package sent to the local Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force in the area. Tyler

was taken into custody and later transported to RI for Court matters.
