cocaine, obstruction, resisting arrest), Warren PD high speed chase, reckless

eluding. In assistance to CPD SIU Detective Fuoroli.
• 20RIX1-568-AR Davon Mcmahon (documented street gang member previous
shooting in City of Cranston) CPD A&A Violation of a no contact order 3rd

offense, Possession of stolen firearm, Possession of a firearm, Possession of a
firearm by person convicted of a crime of violence, Possession of a controlled

substance (suboxone) Two loaded handguns recovered.
• 20RIX1-570-AR Frankcily Fermin (documented street gang associate) (Sixth

District Court for FTA assault and battery, vandalism. Also charged with

possession of a stolen firearm.
• 20RIX1-632-AR Trebor Mims (documented street gang member) (CPD A&A first

degree armed robbery (gun).

ADDITIONAL NOTEWORTHY INVESTIGATIONS BY THE R.I. VFTF IN 2020

In 2020, members of the R.I. Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested 253 suspects
wanted by law enforcement agencies and courts with the State of Rhode Island

and across the Nation including and not limited to:

• Nine (9) wanted for Murder.
• Twenty-one (21) wanted for robbery.
• Two (2) wanted for kidnapping.

• Thirty (30) wanted for Sexual assault/offenses.

• Thirty-eight (38) wanted for Delivery of /Possession with intent to deliver
Narcotics.
