2019 Call Outs
On 2/28/2019, members of URT responded to the
area of Waterplace Park in Providence to assist with
a search of a missing juvenile. The juvenile was last
seen in the area of the park, and there was a suicide
note left with the family in which the juvenile stated
he would drown himself. Members of the team
assisted in the search for the juvenile, both in water
and on land. The juvenile was eventually located
several weeks later deceased and submerged in the
Providence bay.
