completed on time and on budget. The primary building at the Training Complex
was renovated after an electrical fire nearly destroyed it. Thankfully, the building

was fully insured, and the facility was repaired and placed back in service
expeditiously with several enhancements. Lastly, as a result of the City Council
grant writer receiving funds from the Rhode Island Foundation, air conditioning

was installed at the Animal Shelter, which cools the entire building, including the
             dog runs.

My commitment to men and women of the Cranston Police Department and the
citizens of Cranston is unwavering, and I am proud to continue to serve as your
             police chief.
