numerous requests for information concerning Giglio/Brady status of officers,

recordings captured on the Equature system, and personnel investigative file requests

from Superior Court

POTENTIAL OFFICER BILL OF RIGHTS HEARING

There is currently one ongoing criminal case involving a Cranston Police officer. The

outcome of this criminal case will determine the potential for an Officer Bill of Rights

Hearing once administrative charges are filed (20-09-IA).
