Service Statistics:
Report Writing computers are maintained bi-weekly or monthly to include, but not
limited to: Microsoft Windows updates, clearing of cache and cookies, virus scans,
disk clean-up(s) and deleting of temporary files.
Other communal computers (roll call, mugshot, booking, etc...), not specifically
assigned to an employee, are maintained on a bi-monthly basis.
Assigned computers are maintained when not inconvenient to the employee or as
issues arise.
Highlights:
• Equature audio recording of both the phone and radio system upgraded.
• 911 system upgraded to enhanced 911.
• New Fortinet firewall and VPN system installed.
• Avaya phone system disconnected and shutdown from network servers.
• New RISP router installed to handle all RILETS communications.
• Website PHP version updated for security.
• Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant awarded for 2022 to upgrade Wi-Fi
network, internal servers, and network security fabric.
• Server room power consumption reduction.
o Reduced power consumption of server room by 40%.
